Welcome to College of Forestry International Programs! We hope that you will take the time to look through our many study abroad opportunities in both the College and greater University. Considering study abroad? Please review the necessary steps to take below.

International Summer Programs, 2014: The College of Forestry has a number of overseas programs that offer students the opportunity to learn from CoF faculty about different landscapes, ecosystems and cultures.  These programs take place during the summer term, and are between ten days and six weeks in length.  Programs for summer 2014 can be found under the Opportunities Abroad tab in the right menu bar.  


Master's Programs: Peace Corps Master's International is a unique opportunity to work and study abroad, while earning your Master's degree.

Interested in studying or interning abroad with IDEA? The International Degree & Education Abroad (IDEA) Office has drop-in peer advising hours twice a week in Moreland Hall! International Ambassadors will be available in Moreland’s Malamud Room on Mondays 10 AM-2 PM and on Fridays 10 AM-noon and 1-3 PM throughout Spring 2014 term. Visit Moreland to talk with International Ambassadors who have been abroad themselves and are knowledgeable about OSU’s program offerings.

  2. Once you have decided on an international experience, or need help deciding on a program, contact Michele Justice, College of Forestry Director of International Programs, to discuss scholarship opportunities and more information about your trip of choice.  She can be reached via phone or e-mail at, .
